Archbishop JOB

It is with utter shock and sadness that I announce the untimely death of our beloved Archpastor, His Eminence Archbishop JOB.  He was returning from Pennsylvania to Chicago today and went to an Emergency room near Cleveland where he fell asleep in the Lord at approximtely 11:25am on Friday, December 18th.  He was probably suffering the effects of some type of pneumonia.  Funeral arrangements are pending.  Please pray for the repose of our beloved Hierarch.  Grant O Lord a blessed repose to your servant His Eminence Archbishop JOB, and may his memory be eternal!    Fr. Christmas Outreach

Thank you to all the generous members of HTOC who donated and purchased gifts for 10 local families.  The gifts were delivered by the senior youth group members and the response from the families was overwhelming.  The Livonia Goodfellows organization sent a heartfelt thank you letter to us and greatly appreciate all we did this year. 

Bishop JONAH elected Metropolitan of All America and Canada

His Eminence, Archbishop JOB, congratulates the newly elected as Archbishop of Washington and New York, Metropolitan of All America and Canada.

His Eminence asks all the faithful of  the diocese to offer prayers for his leadership of our Holy Mission in America and wishes His Beatitude Many Years in his Archpastoral ministry to the Orthodox Church in America.  Eis Polla Eti Despota!
